Our policies address appropriate measures to resolve various claims, arising from a variety of needs and business situations.<\/p>\n<p class=\"translation-block\">When are you eligible for a refund?<br>\nWhen you submit an email complaint to Hela Tech LTD, we first attempt to provide an optimal solution to the problem you are experiencing. Your case is first presented to the technical team, and then the experts at Hela Tech Ltd. are informed. Refunds are only granted in extreme circumstances, when nothing good can be done to resolve the issue.<\/p>\n<p>When planning a refund, we check the validity and reliability of the case, and various conditions apply. If these conditions are met, a refund may be granted under the following circumstances:<\/p>\n<p class=\"translation-block\">Project development\/design\/study has not yet begun.<br>\nThe project-related issues are beyond the scope of correction\/resolution\/fix.<br>\nYou have not violated our payment terms.<br>\nYou have not used any information to gain financial\/commercial benefits (obtained during the partnership period).<br>\nThe reasons you have provided are valid\/rational\/realistic enough to qualify for a refund.<br>\nYou must be able to demonstrate your knowledge of UI design and development skills and an understanding of our development process.<br>\nYou have provided all evidence and proof to support your refund claim.<br>\nThe claim does not arise from any billing dispute from your bank or payment provider.<br>\nImportant note: If a violation of any of the above points is found, your claim will be considered void. The decision regarding refunds is final and irrevocable.<\/p>\n<p class=\"translation-block\">How are refunds processed?\n1. Pre-Refund Phase<br>\nThe refund inquiry is processed, analyzed, and validated.<br>\nThe inquiry is matched with the agreed terms and validity of the reference points.<br>\nRefunds are arranged in permissible cases and settled in full or in part, as appropriate.<br>\n2. Post-Refund Phase<br>\nSigning a proof agreement.<br>\nUnless otherwise instructed, you must destroy all copies of the information shared and communications made in a timely manner.<br>\n3. Transfer Process<br>\nThe refund process may take 7 to 10 business days after signing the refund agreement.<br>\nYour refund will be issued in the currency in which the debit was debited. If this is not your original currency, your bank may charge fees or a change in the exchange rate may result in a difference in the refund amount compared to the amount you originally paid (in your local currency).
