Support and Maintenance:
Hela Tech Ltd. assumes full responsibility for maintaining, developing, and updating the client's website/mobile application as part of the design and development commission. Hela Tech Ltd. will provide comprehensive development of the project from scratch to completion.

Content:
Hela Tech Ltd. cannot be held responsible for any information contained on the client's website. The content remains the client's copyright and intellectual property. Examples of work: Hela Tech Ltd. reserves the right to display designs and other web design elements as examples of its work in its own portfolios.

Travel Time and Expenses:
Travel time to and from the client's premises is generally not included in our estimates. If a visit/travel is required for the meeting, the client will bear all expenses, or as mutually agreed upon.

Changes:
The price quoted to the client is for the work agreed upon in the quote only. If the client determines that changes are required as the site develops, we will provide a separate quote for additional work and may need to revise the project completion schedule.

Advance Payment:
A 50% advance payment of the total project cost is required before work begins. After work begins, this amount becomes non-refundable unless the inquiry follows our refund policy.

Payment Terms:
Payment is currently accepted in cash or through Revolut Business Bank unless otherwise agreed.

Payment:
Payment will be due within 14 days of the invoice. The website/mobile application may not be fully published/launched until full payment has been received, unless otherwise agreed. Any previously published/launched material may be removed if payment is not received. When this occurs, a fee of at least $50 USD will be required to restore the project. Accounts not settled within 14 days of the invoice date will incur a late payment fee of 15% of the amount due.

Contract:
The customer's approval to commence work constitutes a contractual agreement between the customer and Hela Tech LTD. Approval to commence work can be either via an email confirming the quote (with the quote document attached) or a quote document signed by the customer. Important: Approval to commence work and payment of the advance fee indicates the customer's acceptance of these terms and conditions.

Materials:
All materials submitted by the client remain the client's property. It is assumed that such material is the client's property and does not violate any copyright laws.

Domain Names:
Hela Tech LTD provides domain name services if required. Domain names registered by Hela Tech LTD on behalf of the client remain the property of Hela Tech until the client pays for the reserved domain and the included, pre-agreed professional fees.

Registration Fees:
The client must pay all third-party costs arising from domain name registration/purchase of third-party tools/services to Hela Tech Ltd. before submitting a formal registration application. This fee is included in the standard invoice issued after work is approved.

Copyright:
Hela Tech Ltd. will retain the copyright to any material, including design, artwork, and source code, created for the client by Hela Tech Ltd. Once final payment has been received by Hela Tech Ltd., copyright may be transferred to the client if previously agreed upon. Hela Tech Ltd. reserves the right to retain copyright to all material created by Hela Tech Ltd. unless otherwise agreed upon in writing by the parties.

Photography and Designs:
Hela Tech Ltd may use stock photos and images in the design and construction of the website/app. Photos and graphics purchased from stock libraries are generally not included in the quote and will only be included after the customer agrees to the additional cost.

Internet Service Provider:
The Customer understands that any Internet Service Provider (ASP) or website storage services will require a separate contract with Hela Tech Ltd. The Customer will agree to set up a domain name with the host if necessary, but will not be responsible for any changes made by the server provided.

Free technical support from one month to one year:
Hela Tech is a company with the best web and mobile app development skills in the UK. We not only provide the most flexible IT solutions; we also offer free technical support from one month to one year from the date of project delivery or the transfer of project files to your hosting account, whichever occurs first. We are responsible for providing free support at no additional cost to you, until and unless another designer/developer modifies the project files we have delivered.
